1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the RealtyMetrics coming-soon landing page at realtymetrics.pro and the early-access waitlist. By submitting the form you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.

The full RealtyMetrics product is not yet available. Separate, more detailed terms of service will apply once the product launches; you will be asked to review and accept them before creating an account.

2. Eligibility

The RealtyMetrics product is intended for real estate professionals, agencies, and investors. By joining the waitlist you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are signing up in a professional capacity, not on behalf of a consumer.

3. What we promise (and don’t)

Joining the waitlist means we will email you a welcome message and a single launch notification when the first cohort onboards. It does not guarantee access to the product, a specific pricing tier, or a specific launch date. The product, scope, pricing, and timing may change.

The information shown on this landing page — value propositions, calibration claims, district coverage, expected launch quarter — is provided in good faith for general informational purposes only and may be updated as the product evolves.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses without permission.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to defeat the technical controls of the site.
• Submit the form using automated means or to enrol others without their consent.
• Use any information from the site to compile competing products or unsolicited mailing lists.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the landing page — text, branding, imagery, and source code — is owned by the RealtyMetrics team and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Joining the waitlist does not grant you any licence to that content beyond ordinary browsing.

6. Withdrawal and removal

You can ask us to remove your record from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will action removal within 14 days. Removal also withdraws your consent to receive the welcome and launch emails.

7. Disclaimers

The landing page is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the page will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the landing page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Phuket, Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone already on the waitlist.
