1. Who we are

RealtyMetrics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a B2B software workspace for real estate agents in resort markets, currently calibrated for nine coastal Phuket districts. The data controller for this website is the RealtyMetrics team. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect on this landing page

When you join the early-access waitlist we collect only:

  • Your work email address.
  • Your professional role (solo agent, agency owner / manager, team lead, investor / other).
  • Optionally, your agency size band (just you, 2–5, 6–15, 16+).
  • A salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string — used to detect abuse. We never store your raw IP.

We do not collect your name, phone number, company name, or any payment details on this page. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics on the coming-soon page.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

For visitors in the EU/EEA (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)) and Thailand (PDPA, sections 24 and 26), we rely on:

  • Your consent when you submit the form, to send you the welcome email and a single launch notification.
  • Our legitimate interest in protecting the waitlist from abuse (the hashed IP and user-agent fields).

4. How we use your information

We use the data only to:

  • Send you a one-time welcome email confirming you’re on the list.
  • Send you a single notification when the first cohort onboards (Q2 2026).
  • Plan capacity for launch (aggregate role and agency-size counts).

We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketers. We will not enrol you in other email lists.

5. Where your data is stored

The waitlist database is hosted on DigitalOcean Managed PostgreSQL in the Singapore (SGP1) region. Welcome emails are sent through Resend. Both vendors are bound by data-processing terms aligned with GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

We retain your waitlist record until launch plus 90 days, after which the row is deleted unless you have by then created an account. If you ask us to remove your record sooner, we will do so within 14 days of the request.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. EU/EEA visitors may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Thailand-based visitors may file a complaint with the PDPC.

8. Security

We apply standard industry safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, hashed identifiers, and least-privilege production access. No method is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law (including the GDPR 72-hour rule).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the product evolves. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone already on the waitlist.
